Project Overview: A high-rise residential development whose facade is composed of aluminum panels in green, yellow, orange and white. The color-block composition turns the elevation into a graphic pattern visible from across the district.
Project Features
- Design Concept: Color blocks are distributed across the elevation to break the mass of the tower and give each unit a distinct identity.
- System Used: Flat aluminum panels in mixed widths, assembled into a continuous color-block pattern across the elevation.
- Finish: PVDF coating in five colors, all at the same gloss level to keep the palette balanced.
- Installation: Panels were produced in batches by color and delivered floor by floor to avoid mixing on site.
Project Outcome
The color scheme was completed without visible shade variation between batches, and the facade became the landmark element of the development.
